William "Billy" Watts

William "Billy" Watts, 81 of Leeds, AL passed away, Monday, May 31, 2010. Mr. Watts was preceded in death by his parents, William and Charlotte Watts, sister, Betty Rodgers, brothers, Harry Watts, Malcolm Watts, and great-grandson, Mason Metz. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Moody Masonic Lodge 592, Directors Staff for Shriners, Scottish Rite, American Legion, and served in the US Army. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Brewbaker Watts, daughters, Susan Evans (David), Paige Fridley (Larry), Kitty Edwards (Bob); son, C. D. Metz, Jr.; brothers, R. C. Watts (Iona), Thomas Watts (Margie), special granddaughter, Shelley Whittington, grandchildren, Holly Metz, Rebekah Gray, Matthew Metz, Larra Fridley, Loren Eaves, Sarah Anderson, five great-grandchildren, sister-in-law, Janie Watts; and brother-in-law, Buddy Rodgers, special nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 am on Monday, June 7, 2010 at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with a chapel service to follow at 11:30 am with the Rev.
