Warren Franklin Landes

Warren Franklin Landes, 69, of Buchanan, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013. Frankie was a U S Air Force veteran and a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Jane Campbell and Joseph Henry Landes; sisters, Toots Higgins, Janie Welch, and Janice Hall; brothers, Joseph Landes, Sam Landes, and Pete Landes. Surviving siblings include William G. "Bill" Landes of Lexington, Louise Salmon of Henry, Robert B. (Gracie) Landes of Tyler, Texas, Sally (J.B.) Duke and Mary Frances (Gary) Smith, all of Buchanan, Shirley Booth (George) Ray of Stuart; numerous nieces and nephews; and his Buchanan Stop-In friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 28. 2013 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan with a Memorial Service to follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Harold E.
