Tammy D Fitzpatrick

Tammy D. Fitzpatrick, 62, of Eagle Rock formerly of Allamuchy, New Jersey, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2022. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Fitzpatrick; brothers, Bill, Charlie, and Timmy Fitzpatrick; and daughter, Amanda Fitzpatrick. She is survived by her partner of 26 years, Matt Katzenstien, Sr.; children, Angie (John) Jones, Matthew Katzenstien, Jr., Kendra Katzenstein, Tyler Katzenstein; grandchildren, Christopher and Jonathan Fitzpatrick, Robert, Emily, Michael, and Zachary Jones; mother, Alice Fitzpatrick; sister, Faye (Clinton) Smith; brothers, Bert, James, Cecil, and Matt Fitzpatrick; and numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to all the caregivers, EMTs, doctors, nurses, and medical personnel who assisted in her care. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm Thursday, February 10, 2022 with visitation one hour prior at the Eagle Rock Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. Please dress casual.
