Susie Dooley, 68, of Fincastle, completed her journey into the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Sunday, November 10, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Fern Williams; sister, Frankie Bradley; brother, Jackie Williams; and oldest granddaughter, Angela Crabb. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, James Norman Dooley; son, Donnie Dooley and Carol; daughters, Lorrie Dooley and Dwayne and Jamie Dooley and Michael all of Fincastle; grandchildren, Heather Bring, Dustin Crabb, Cody Dooley, Dorothy Dooley, Jenny Dooley, and Kaylin Bousman; great-grandchildren, Haley Whorley, Kaydence Kingery, Sierra Crabb, Hunter Crabb, Tyler Crabb, Annabella Crabb, Jack Binger, and Layla Dooley; brother, Jimmy Williams; sisters Nancy Niday and Dot Sloan; sister-in-law, Nancy Brogan Piner; brother-in-law, Raymond Dooley; numerous nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. Susie said she always wanted to be remembered for making people laugh and help in leading them to Jesus. She worked, volunteered, and cared for the residents (her babies) at the Brian Center for over 20 years. She was the heart and soul of Botetourt Pest Control. Above the love she had for caring for everyone she met, she loved her Lord the most of all. Funeral Services will be held 1pm Friday, November 15, 2013 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Pastor Bryan Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow in Godwin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm, Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home.
