Shirley Maxine Spencer Fischer

Shirley Maxine Spencer Fischer, 78, of Fincastle, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Robert Fischer. She is survived by her children, Mark Whiteside, Frances MacDonald, and John Whiteside; grandson, Jayson Whiteside; great-grandchildren, Bella and Callie Edades; Kyra and Luke Whiteside and sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Ira Carte. Funeral services will be held 2pm, Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. I. Cameron Carte officiating. Interment will follow in Lithia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior the service. 540-254-3000.
