Sandra Alyse Jarvis Hunt

Sandra Alyse Jarvis Hunt, 64, passed away at her home on Thursday, August 18, 2022 surrounded by her family. Last served as a Supervisor with Good Will Industries. Sandra loved crafting, cross-stitching, and hummingbirds. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Jarvis and Irene Derr Jarvis Figgers. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Gregory A. Hunt; sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher Allen and Erin Hunt of Fincastle, Jason W. and Amanda Hunt of Bradenton, Florida, and Daniel Lee and Ashley Hunt of Buchanan; daughter, Sarah Nicole Hicks of Troutville; grandchildren; Breanna Dirigo, Nathan Hunt, Taylor Hicks, Olivia Hunt, Bailey Hunt, and Scarlett Hunt; great-granddaughter, Gabriella Dirigo. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 23, 2022 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with Rev. Leonard L. Southern and Rev. Earl Clemons officiating. Interment will follow in Lithia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Monday from 5 to 7 pm at the funeral home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan, Va. 24066.
