Rachel Mae Dudley Mullins, 75, of Buchanan passed away Saturday, August 26, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ashby Mullins, daughters, Betty and Norma Mullins, brother, James, and sister, Nancy. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Johnson, Dottie Underwood, and Loretta McKinney; sons, Donald and Johnny Mullins; 23 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; brother, Everett (Cecil) Dudley. Memorial Services will be held at the home of Dottie Underwood, 8290 Springwood Rd., Buchanan on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 3pm.
