Phoenix Paige O'Neil

Phoenix Paige O'Neil, 21, of Buchanan, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020. Phoenix was a 2017 graduate of James River High School and worked as a clerk and short order cook for Hill Top Market in Buchanan. She is survived by her mother, Ashley Raye Kelly; father, Timothy Mark O'Neil; sisters, Raven Carden and Estella Rosas; step-father, Paulo Rosas; and extended family, Lucille, Benton, and Rhonda Kelly. Phoenix's memorial service will be held at 12 Noon Sunday, August 9, 2020 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan with Rev. Morris Bennett officiating.
