Michael "Mike" Carey Hodges

Michael Carey Hodges, 60, of Troutville, better known to friends and family as Mike, surrendered to the will of His Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 10, 2014. He owned and operated Shooter's Discount Warehouse for over 25 years. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Samuel and Beulah Deel. He is survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Sandra Fix Hodges; daughters, Robin Hodges Sink and Dana Craighead and her husband Shannon; grandchildren, Keyndal Sink, Alexis Chocklette, Allie Craighead, and Cameron Craighead; parents, Carey and Helen Hodges; siblings, Tommy Hodges and wife, Tina; Barry Hodges and wife, Cyndi; Shearry Hodges; Carey Hodges, Jr. and wife, Robin; Susan Hodges; and Amy Goodrich and husband Rodney; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Funeral Services will be held 11am Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Mill Creek Church with the Minister of Students J.R. Graybill officiating. Interment will follow in Mill Creek Cemetery.
