Mary Hazel Hollingsworth

Mary T. Hollingsworth, 80, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry W. and Viola Simpson Trail; brother, Rodney L. Trail; and brothers-in-law, Hugh Jones and David Amos. She is survived by her husband, Chester E. Hollingsworth; and son, Reginald B. Hollingsworth of the home; also son, Jeffery B. Hollingsworth and wife, Heather of Goode; granddaughter, Autumn Nicole Hollingsworth of Radford; also surviving are her sisters and brother-in-law, Doris Jones, Janie and Michael Teaford, Shirley Amos; brother and sisters-in-law, Henry A. and Bobbi Trail, Linda Trail; and numerous nieces, nephews, and their families. Mary was retired from Roanoke County Department of Social Services. She enjoyed reading, researching topics on the internet, and lifelong learning classes on health, science, arts, environmental and humanitarian issues. Memorial Services will be private.
