Mary Belle Lacks

Mary Belle Lacks, 81, of Troutville, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Nathan Lacks and Lizzie Belle Lacks; nephew, Roy Lacks, Jr.; and nieces, Tammie Lacks, and Amber Huffman.

Mary is survived by her siblings, Roy Sr. and Karen Lacks, David and Jean Lacks, and Cathy Pacific; niece, Elizabeth Wilcher; nephews, Trey Huffman, Jessie Lacks (Tasha), Jonathan Lacks (Mallory), Robert “Bubba” Lacks (Tiffany), Toby Lacks (Autumn), and Jason Lacks (Cynthia); and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Wednesday, October 2, 2024, in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Quirin officiating.
