Martha "Tootie" Lee Sloan, 53, of Fincastle formerly of Buchanan, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilmer and Jean Sloan; and sister, Cindy Sloan. She is survived by her husband, Charles Clark; and niece, Lisa Marie Neal. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Saint Clair Cemetery.
