Louise O'Brien Alexander

Louise O'Brien Alexander, 90, of Buchanan, passed away Monday, January 12, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Palmer Raymond Alexander and step-son, Weldon Alexander. Louise was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir for many years and was a member of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Cindy Alexander of Blue Ridge; her daughter, Carol Simmons of Buchanan; grandchildren, Michael and Ashley Alexander and Brad and Kristin Simmons; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 2pm Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Doug Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
