Leonard Lee Williams

Leonard Lee Williams, 77 of Troutville, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 5, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Winfred L and Christine Pullen Williams; brother, Ralph and sister, Jean Thompson. Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Irene Crowder Williams; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Jason Campbell; sons and daughters-in-law, Ricky and Pat Williams; Mike and Kendra Williams; Doug and Lori Williams; Timmy Williams and Nancy Kellison; grandchildren, Jason Williams and wife, Sarah; Matthew Williams and wife, Heather, Nathaniel Crawford, and Nic Zoch; five great-grandchildren, Devan, Sam, Shauna, Jake, and Lila; sister-in-law, Glenda Williams; special neighbors, Mr. & Mrs. Larry Nicely; special friends, Kenny and Janie Brads; and numerous close friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Leonard served in the Navy three years, worked several jobs, before joining San Marco and Powers Guardrail and Fence until he retired. After retirement, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends, likes to watch westerns, NASCAR, and wrestling. Funeral Services will be held 1pm Saturday, March 9, 2013 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Orde officiating. Interment will follow in Mill Creek Cemetery.
