Kyle Bulloch Harris

Heaven's gates opened wide Wednesday, November 18th, 2015 as Kyle Bulloch Harris, 52, of Fincastle, joined his parents John Boler Harris and Katherine Bulloch Harris, along with his cousin, friend, and cohort Dr. Charlie C. Harris for a joyous heavenly reunion. Kyle was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, and friend known for his smile, strong handshake, and willingness to help anyone who might need it. Remaining to share his legacy are his wife and best friend of 26 years, Mary Lynne Harris and his pride and joy, daughter Sarah. Kyle and Mary Lynne farmed together and built K.B. Harris Construction together, but their utmost accomplishment was their daughter, Sarah. Kyle found his greatest joy in watching Sarah grow, compete, and excel in everything she did from showing cattle and goats, to livestock judging and junior stockmans, and as a formidable opponent on the soccer field. They traveled many a mile together, sharing stories and laughter. Father and daughter shared a love of antique cars which resulted in memories of many a trip far and near in one of Kyle's prized Model T's. His love and delight in all things Sarah remains undeniable. In addition to Mary Lynne and Sarah, cherishing the sweet memories are Kyle's sister, Susan Harris Witt and brother, John Boler Harris, III both of Roanoke; Mother and Father-in-law, Arthur Price and Raymolene Simpson of Buchanan; sister-in-law, Patty Hamilton and Husband Leroy of Buena Vista; Nieces - Katherine Witt Redmond and husband Benson, and Jenna Hamilton; Nephews - Taylor Witt and Brandon Hamilton. In addition to these, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends will miss his quick wit, forthright attitude, warm smile, and giving heart. Kyle touched the heart of everyone who knew him and simply put was "one of the best." Thank you for touching each of our lives Kyle Harris. You are loved and will be missed by many…till we meet again. A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:00 am in Mill Creek Cemetery with Pastor Brady Lanoue officiating.
