Kathleen Evans Rickman

Kathleen Strickler Evans Rickman, 54, of Fincastle, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, James G. "Jimmy" Rickman; parents, Clarence and Gilda Evans; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Jeanette Evans; nephew, Caleb Evans all of Spotsylvania; mother-in-law, Shirley Rickman of Buchanan; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Faye and Leslie Hambrick of Buchanan; Chuck and Darlene Rickman of Roanoke; Marty and Debbie Rickman of Buchanan; nieces, Lesley and David Morris, Jody Monk, Sarah and Jason Watts; nephews, Matt and Beth Rickman and Travis Hatcher; one great-niece, Emma Claire Rickman; three great-nephews, Dallas Morris, Hunter and Ty Monk; numerous aunts and uncles; extended church family of Rainbow Forest Baptist Church, and her Botetourt County School family where she taught for over 32 years. Funeral Services will be held 2pm Sunday, January 30, 2011 in the Rainbow Forest Baptist Church with the Pastor Mike Grooms officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Buchanan.
