Jonathan "Levi" Lewis Simmons

Jonathan "Levi" Lewis Simmons, 28, of Chester, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013. He was preceeded in death by his uncle, Barry Simmons. He is survived by his mother and step-dad, Deborah B. and John Holloway of Lexington; father, Ray Simmons of Buchanan; maternal grandparents, John and Suzanne Carper of Newport News; paternal grandparents, Richard Lewis and Dorothy L. Simmons of Buchanan; sister and brother-in-law, Sara and Seth McDonald of Hammond, LA; nephew, Callum McDonald; fiance', Mary Johnson; many brothers from the Marine Corp; numerous friends, cousins, uncles and aunts including Linda Simmons and Tolley Thompson; cousin, Kaitlin Simmons; and uncles, Bryan and Chris Carper. Memorial services will be held at 1 pm Saturday, November 2, 2013 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
