John Edward Orange, 69, of Buchanan passed away Thursday, August 31, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Sarah Orange, brother, Thomas Sidney Orange; and brother-in-law, Bobby Caldwell. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Carol Orange; son, Eric Stanley; step-daughters, Valerie Clemons and husband, Marty; Jessica Simmons and husband, Brad; grandchildren, Sidney and Maddox Morris; Heather Wright and husband, Thurman; great-grandchildren, Christian and Josh Wright; brothers, Ronnie Orange and wife, Linda; William Orange and wife, Linda; Melvin Orange and spouse, Leo; sister, Debra Caldwell; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Services with Military Honors will be held 6pm Wednesday, September 13, 2017 with visitation after until 8pm at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home.
