Jean Falls Eubank

Jeanne Elizabeth Falls Eubank, 87, of Buchanan, went to be with her Lord on Friday, April 11, 2014. Jeanne was born and raised in Springwood, and like her mother was an avid flower gardener. She also was a member of the Rebekah Lodge, Daughters of the King, the Buchanan Town Improvement Society, and Trinity Episcopal Church of Buchanan, She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Robert and Lottie Christine Green Falls, and her sisters, Dorothy Falls Stanley and Grace Falls Poff. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Carl "Pete" and Betty Eubank of Buchanan; grandson, Richard "Ric" Eubank of Las Vegas, Nevada; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert "Bob" and Mary Falls of Troutville, William "Bill" and Betty Falls of Roanoke; sister-in-law, Jane and Dave Fultz of Buchanan; brother-in-law, Jesse Stanley of Moneta; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jeanne's funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, April 14, 2014 in Trinity Episcopal Church of Buchanan with Rev. Jonathan F. Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Buchanan. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 2 pm to 6 pm at Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan. 540-254-3000.
