Janet Marie Moore Hartman

Janet Marie Moore Hartman, 50, of Roanoke, formerly of Buchanan, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Hartman; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Mandy Hartman; daughter, Stephanie Hartman; parents, Charlie and Margie Moore; sisters and brother, Joyce, Jeanne, June, and Joseph and their families. Special thanks to the following: Lewis Gale Medical Center 4th and 6th floor staff; Blue Ridge Cancer Center; Dr. Richards and all the nurses; Jeanne's Elder Care; her employer, Belk; Katie Newton, who is returning to school to help other cancer patients; Missy at Lewis Gale; all those who sat with Janet during her illness; her special niece, Angela for all her little prayers, visits, and pictures she drew; Kim Thomas and her church for all their prayers; Betty, for her cakes and soups; love from our church family at Lakeside Baptist; Tom Lovell; Danny Wright and his family; Becky and Colline; Wes and Stephanie Overstreet for all their love; RTH; J Wimmer; Tyler and Pamela M. for mental support; Teresa at the Stylin' Shed; Doug Meador; Pastor Randy Martin and Faith Community Fellowship for their hospitality. Funeral Services will be held 2pm, Friday, November 30, 2012 with the Pastor Tom Maxwell officiating. The family will receive friends at 1pm at the funeral home before the service.
