James "Jim" Hylton

James Alexander "Jim" Hylton, 67, of Buchanan, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Howard and Gertrude Lois Snead Hylton; brothers, Melvin and Harlos Hylton. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and and Tammy Hylton of Buchanan; daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Peter Keller of Tok, Alaska; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Della Hylton of Buchanan, Alton and Joyce Hylton of Eagle Rock, Carl and Trudy Hylton of Buena Vista; former wife, Patricia Clemmer Hylton; grandchildren, Cody James Hylton, Holly Anne Hylton, Trevor Keegan Hylton, and Sadie Wren Keller. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, November 15, 2010 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Pastor Steve Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Haymakertown Cemetery in Fincastle. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan, Va., 254-3000.
