James Edward Boothe

James Edward Boothe, 84, of Fincastle passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, James, Sr. and Mattie Boothe and numerous siblings.

James loved music and dancing. He enjoyed playing his guitar.

He is survived by his daughter, Mary Ellen Finch; son, Troy Edward Boothe; granddaughter, Harleigh Byrd; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Ann Koger; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1-2pm with services at 2pm on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Elmer Clemmons officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations be made to Botetourt Funeral Home to aid in funeral expenses.
