Jack Warner Duvall

Jack Warner Duvall, 87, of Troutville, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016. Jack was retired from the United States Government as Manager of the Poff Building in Roanoke, he served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict, and was a 32 degree Mason of the Glebe Masonic Lodge of Northern Virginia. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Ashley Gould and Mary Evelyn Warner Duvall; and brothers, Bob, Ray, Richard "Dick" Duvall. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Beverly Jane Shaw Duvall; daughter and son-in-law, Debra D. and Marty Rickman of Buchanan; sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Carol Duvall of Callaway, Tracey Duvall and fiancée, Beverly Sharkey of Buchanan; grandchildren, Sarah Watts, Matt and Beth Rickman, Keith Duvall, Scott Duvall, Ellen Duvall, Justin Duvall, Nicholas Duvall, and Scarlett Duvall; great-granddaughters, Emma and Kate Rickman.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 15, 2016, in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm at Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan, Va.
