Ivy Sims Heath

Ivy Sims Heath, 81, of Buchanan, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Eugene Heath, Sr. and parents, Otho and Mamie Sims. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanie Heath of Buchanan; sons, Clarence E. Heath, Jr. of Stewartsville; James O. Heath and Sharon Gusler of Buchanan; 5 grandchildren, James Heath, Jr., Paul Heath, Amber Heath, Jessica Heath, and Becky Heath; one great-granddaughter, Brianna Harper; sisters, Laci Sims of Lewisburg, WV; Ruby Sims of Calif.; Kay and Anthony Suski of Indiana; and brothers and sister-in-law, Curtis Sims of Rainelle, WV; and Lawrence and Marie Sims of FL. Graveside services will be held 3pm, Friday, December 7, 2012 in the Springwood Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Michael Sims officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:45pm at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Hwy, Buchanan, VA.
