Homer Brewbaker Williamson

Homer Brewbaker Williamson, 92, of Fincastle, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert B. and Hazel S. Williamson; daughter, Lisa Kay Williamson; and sister, Ruth W. Mackey. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Geraldine (Dean) Williamson; son and daughter-in-law, Barry R. and Marilyn Williamson of Fincastle; daughter and son-in-law, Sue W. and Jerry Sweet of Buchanan; granddaughters, Kimberly S. Overstreet and husband, Travis of Blue Ridge; Sherry M. Wood of Blue Ridge; great-grandchildren, Ariel and Tyler Wood, Madison and Stephen-Patrick Overstreet all of Blue Ridge; and numerous other family members and friends. Funeral Services will be held 3pm Wednesday, July 23, 2014 in Fincastle United Methodist Church with the Rev. Sandra A. McMillen officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
