Hazel Chittum Madison

Hazel Chittum Madison, 94 of Buchanan, passed away Saturday, July 23 2016. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Emmett Reynolds and James Madison. She is survived by her "God sent son", Nelson Tolley; special friends, Bob Conlon and Jeanette Morris. Special thanks to the Staff of Bethel Ridge for their loving care. Visitation will be held at 10am at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with a Graveside Service following at 11am in Fairview Cemetery on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
