Harry "Tommy" Thomas Eubank, Jr.

Harry “Tommy” Thomas Eubank, Jr., 74 of Buchanan, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Thomas, Sr. and Alice Goodwin Eubank; grandparents, Earl B. and Elsie Eubank, Aubrey and Gracie Goodwin; sister, Rebecca Marie Eubank; and brother-in-law, Wilson Barrett.

He is survived by his daughter, Cherokee Eubank; granddaughter, Ellie Eubank; sister, Janis “Jan” Eubank-Barrett; numerous cousins; and many devoted friends.

Tommy was a man with an outstanding work ethic, as well as a master of all trades! He was always a giving person, never wanting nor asking for help. Tommy has been held in the highest regard by so many friends in his community.

Tommy served in the US Navy during the Viet Nam era and he was a member of the American Legion Post #93 in Buchanan, VA for over 20 years.

He was a patriot who loved his family, nature, flowers, and he had great compassion for all animals.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 10, 2022 from 12 noon to 1pm in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1pm with Military Honors. Private burial will be at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.botetourtfuneralhome.com.
