H. David Fultz, 96, of Buchanan, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018. He was the last of 10 brothers and sisters. He was a WWII Army Veteran being a recipient of the Bronze Star and WWII Victory Ribbon. David retired from Norfolk Western working as a carman in the East End shops with 44 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Jane Eubank Fultz; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Sherry Fultz; daughter and son-in-law, Fonda and Donald "Shorty" Boblett; grandchildren, Mandi (Andy) Bishop, Kristen (JJ) Helvey, Brian (Rosie) Boblett, Brad (Emily) Beckner, and Brian (Tricia) Beckner; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Kearstyn, Tyler, Jarrett, Colby, and Wyatt; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 3pm Saturday, February 24, 2018 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Those wishing to make a contribution, please consider the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
