Frances Louise Biggs Simpson

Frances Louise Biggs Simpson, 91, of Eagle Rock, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016. Mrs. Simpson was preceded in death by her parents, Miles William Biggs, Jr. and Lucinda Bertie Redmon Biggs; husband, Robert Lee Simpson; son, Ricky Simpson; great-granddaughter, Lauren Nicely; and grandson, Randy Nicely. Survivors include her children and spouses, Barbara and Charles Fridley of Eagle Rock, Sandra and Jerry Nicely of Covington, Gary and Gail Simpson, Robert and Chloe Simpson, Sue and Arthur McDaniel, all of Eagle Rock; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Jean Fridley and brothers-in-law, Lomax McClung and Paul Kidd. Graveside Services will be held in Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery at 10:00 am, Tuesday, October 4, 2016 with the Rev. Robert A. McRae officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Eagle Rock Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home, 14777 Church Street, Eagle Rock.
