Eva Newcomb

Eva Newcomb All, of Eagle Rock, passed away on June 6, 2013 at the home of her daughter in Salem. Eva was born on May 1, 1917 in Eagle Rock to Robert "Sag" and Ola Baker Newcomb. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, James Kenneth All; brothers, Herman, Woody, Roy, Fred, Burton, William, half-brother, Phillip; sisters, Mamie and Annie Newcomb, and Dovie Bryant. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Lucille All and many nieces and nephews. Eva was a homemaker and lifetime member of the Shiloh United Methodist Church, where she was very active. Lucille would like to thank Dr. Clarke Andrews, Dr. Nelson Greene, Heartland Home Healthcare and Good Samaritan Hospice for their care throughout these last years and days. Funeral services will be held at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Eagle Rock, with Pastor Ray Sandifer officiating, on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 11:00 am. Visitation at the church will precede the funeral at 10:00 am. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
