Ethel Keith Robinson

Ethel Keith Robinson, 91, of Buchanan, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her husband, James Louis Robinson, on the same day and month in 1977; her parents, Joel Emanuel and Rosetta Elizabeth Bolt Keith; and her four sisters and seven brothers. She was a lifelong member of Lithia Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Jo Ann Robinson (William T.) Marshburn of Ashland and Greta Robinson (Alvin R.) Thrasher of Buchanan; grandchildren, Wayne (Sharon) Graves, Jr., Jim (Peggy) Thrasher, and Barton (Sara) Thrasher; great-grandchildren, Jessica Graves, Nathaniel Graves, Megan Thrasher, Joshua Graves, Ethan Thrasher, Christopher Thrasher, Cooper Thrasher, and Luke Thrasher; great-great grandson, Peyton Jackson; and 32 nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 am, Friday, March 25, 2011 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:30 am with the Rev. Dan Scott officiating. Interment will follow in Lithia Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Lithia Baptist Church, PO Box 698, Buchanan, VA 24066.
