Elizabeth Ann Sparks Barnes

Elizabeth Ann Sparks Barnes, 74, of Buchanan, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Huander and Ida Mae Sparks; grandson, Travis West; brothers, Paul and David Sparks; and sisters, Shirley Sawyers and Dorothy Welch. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lester and Terri West; daughters and son-in-law, Charlotte and Mitch Spencer; Sherill Mowles; Karen Compton all of Buchanan; five granchildren; two step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Dreama and Buck Myers, Wanda and Larry Wood, Stella and Leon LeFlore, and Mary Miller; brothers and sisters-in-law, Raymond and Mary Sparks, and Archie and Teresa Sparks. Funeral Services will be held 2pm Thursday, August 25, 2011 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Pastor Daniel Boone officiating.
