Earl Lewis Eubank

Earl Lewis Eubank, 45, of Buchanan, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 27, 2017. Earl was born on February 17, 1971 in Roanoke, Va. He graduated from James River High School in 1989 and had been employed by Roanoke Cement for over 26 years. He loved hunting, softball, and coaching sports. Earl loved seeing his daughters swing a bat, steal a base, wear his # 33, and shoot a three-pointer. He also enjoyed taking the boys hunting, telling them a joke or funny story and watching the Dallas Cowboys or the Oklahoma Sooners play football. He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Lee Eubank Sr.; twin brother, Lester Lee Eubank Jr.; aunts, Violet Jane Armstrong and Stella Cary Kidd; and uncle, Jordan Paris (Bud) Cary. Survivors include his wife, Amy Alphin Eubank; daughters, Brenna Danielle Eubank and Karlee Marie Eubank; stepsons, William Thomas Fowler, Jacob Oliver Fowler, and Andrew Lloyd Fowler, all of Buchanan; mother, Gladys Cary Eubank; sister, Emily Gale Eubank; aunts, Dorothy L. Cary and Myrtle Deane Cary all of Fincastle; and many loving family members and several loyal and true friends of many years. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2017 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. Burial will be private with Pastor Dave Mucha and Pastor Steve Willis officating.  The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, January 30, 2017 at Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan, Va. 24066.
