Dorothy Jane Harper Beckner, 83, of Blue Ridge, passed away Monday, August 19, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, David W. Beckner. She is survived by her sons, Michael D. Beckner of Mexico; Tony J. Beckner of NC; and daughter and son-in-law, Beth B. and Dale Dalton of Fincastle.
