Donnie Lee Smith, 57, of Blue Ridge, died Sunday, July 11, 2010. He is preceded in death by his father, Malcolm F. Smith. He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Sandra R. Smith; daughters and son-in-law, Lisa & Terry Gibson; Amanda Smith all of Vinton; grandchildren, Bradley, Zachary, Jade, and Olivia; mother, Gloria Smith of Natural Bridge; one sister; three brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11 am, Wednesday, July 14, 2010 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Shaw officiating. Interment will follow in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at Botetourt Funeral Home, Buchanan (254-3000).
