Delphine Barger Austin

Delphine Barger Austin, 100, of Eagle Rock, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Austin, Sr.; parents, Emmett and Clella Barger; infant daughter, Leona Austin; and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children and spouses, Hiram, Jr. and Barbara Austin; Truman and JoAnn Austin; Raymond and Connie Austin; and Betty Jo (BJ) Barger and Albert Johnson, Jr.; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ernest Noel; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11am Thursday, May 3, 2018 in Forest Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Marsh officiating. Interment will follow in church cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Eagle Rock Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 6-8pm. 540-884-2276
