Cathy Clark Mayo

Cathy Clark Mayo, 66, of Glasgow, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Marie Clark. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, James “Donnie” Mayo; children and spouses, Belinda M. and Wayne Tucker, B. Monique and Linky Ingram, Zachary W. and Sherri Mayo; 6 grandchildren; siblings and spouses, Joanne C. Moore, Bonnie C. and Allan Stewart, Darryl J. and Susan Clark, John D. Clark and Cathy; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Natural Bridge Baptist Church. Cathy gave selflessly, putting others before herself, and loving her family more than anything. She enjoyed cooking and was famous for her potato salad. She cared for her mother in her last years with love and devotion. She always greeted her family with a smile, hug, kiss, and a sweet compliment. Memories of her will be cherished by all who loved her and her absence will leave a gaping hole in their hearts.
