Carol Elizabeth Loan, 61, of Vinton, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis, Ely Sr. and Marion Oswinkle. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, David Ely, Johnny and Nikki Orren; daughter and son-in-law, Sharlinda and Corey Hall; grandchildren, Logan, Lucas, Lincoln, Shawna, and Corey, Jr.; sisters and brother-in-law, Teresa Ely, Tonya and Timothy Harris; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Darnella Ely, Joe Ely, and Louis, Jr. and Lisa Ely; numerous nieces and nephews, special friend, Robin Edwards; and numerous co-workers from her Kroger family.
